We want you to love your Forged gear. Because every item is made to order, our return policy is designed around that.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

Sizing & exchanges

Because items are custom made, we’re unable to accept returns for incorrect sizing or change of mind. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering — reach out if you need help choosing.
